Teen Safety

This page explains how teens, parents, and guardians can use ServerGPT more safely. It covers age requirements, privacy, AI-generated content, public Explore pages, Discord communities, and reporting.

ServerGPT provides creation tools, not active supervision of every Discord community or interaction. Safety also depends on thoughtful account settings, careful review, responsible community management, and open conversations with a trusted adult.

Questions about these policies can be sent through our support page.

1. Age requirements

ServerGPT is not directed to children under 13. You must also meet the minimum age required by Discord and the laws where you live. If you are under the age of majority, use ServerGPT only with permission and appropriate supervision from a parent or guardian.

2. Using ServerGPT safely

  • Do not share passwords, Discord tokens, payment details, home addresses, school details, live location, or other sensitive information in prompts, chats, uploads, server names, or public content.
  • Review AI-generated text, images, server layouts, permissions, and bot behaviour before publishing or syncing them.
  • Do not use ServerGPT to bully, threaten, exploit, impersonate, sexualise, manipulate, or target another person.
  • Leave and report any Discord community that makes you feel unsafe or pressures you to share personal information.

3. Public content and Explore

Qualifying server names, icons, generated images, and server previews may appear in public Explore pages. Public pages can be indexed by search engines. Do not put private, identifying, or sensitive information into content that may be shown publicly.

If you believe public content creates a safety or privacy risk, contact ServerGPT support and include the page link and an explanation of the concern.

4. Guidance for parents and guardians

  • Talk with teens about what they are building, the communities they join, and which information should stay private.
  • Review account, Discord, browser, device, payment, and privacy settings together.
  • Encourage teens to question AI output and ask a trusted adult before acting on advice involving safety, money, health, legal issues, or contact with strangers.
  • Use Discord's available family, privacy, moderation, blocking, and reporting tools where appropriate.

5. Reporting a safety concern

Use our support page to report unsafe use, suspected underage access, exploitation, harassment, exposed personal information, or another concern involving ServerGPT. Include relevant links, server names, screenshots, identifiers, and timestamps when it is safe to do so.

For behaviour occurring on Discord, use Discord's blocking and reporting tools as well. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted adult rather than waiting for an online support response.
