Yes. Choose Billing or Credits & Limits and tell us what looks wrong. We can check plan access, top ups, credit usage, failed payments, receipts, and other account billing questions.

Different jobs use different amounts of AI work. Larger outputs, image generation, deep research, retries, and more complex tasks can use more credits than a small edit.

No. Support is for fixing product errors, account issues, billing problems, credits, and platform bugs. Building, improving, prompting, or refining generated servers, bots, and images is something users do inside ServerGPT.

We can help if there is a clear error, failed request, broken feature, or incorrect charge. We do not manually rewrite prompts, redesign outputs, or fix creative choices that should be handled by regenerating or editing inside the product.

Sync can fail when permissions are missing, Discord rate-limits a change, the server was changed outside ServerGPT, or the connected server is no longer available. If sync fails, send the error and what you tried to sync.

We only help with ServerGPT platform errors, such as a bot connection button not working or a hosting status failing incorrectly. We do not build, debug, customise, or maintain users' bot code as a support service.

We can look into image generation errors, missing images, failed requests, or credit issues. We do not provide creative direction, prompt writing, or manual image refinement through support.

No. ServerGPT is built so users can generate, review, and edit server ideas themselves. Support can help if the generator errors, does not load, charges incorrectly, or something in the app breaks.

We can help if deep research fails, does not return, or causes a billing or app error. We do not check, rewrite, or improve research outputs manually through support.

No. Deleted data cannot be recovered through support. Please only delete servers, bots, chats, images, or account data when you are sure you no longer need them.
