About the role

This is a commission-based role for someone who can find strong Discord communities and turn their research into useful, accurate leads. You will use ServerGPT's lead workspace to submit communities that are a good fit, giving the team the information it needs to review and act on each opportunity.

How commission works

Commission is based on qualified leads you submit, with additional commission available when a lead is approved. The focus is on complete, valid submissions: accurate details make the review process faster and give each lead the best chance of progressing.

Where you will find leads

Disboard is the main source for this role. You will use it to explore active Discord communities, look for communities that are relevant to ServerGPT, and identify the people who may be best placed to speak with us. Other high-quality sources can be useful too, but Disboard is where most research starts.

What you will do

• Search Disboard for active communities that are a strong fit for ServerGPT.
• Check that a community is legitimate, relevant, and has a working Discord invite.
• Record the server name, valid invite link, accurate member count, and the people who are best to contact.
• Add useful notes and supporting attachments so the team understands why the lead is worth pursuing.
• Keep your submitted leads current by correcting details or adding context when needed.

What makes a good lead

• A live, working Discord invite that has been checked before submission.
• A realistic member count and clear information about the community.
• A relevant community with a genuine reason ServerGPT could be useful.
• Useful contact details, notes, and context rather than a bare link.

How the process works

• Add a complete lead to the workspace, including the invite, member count, contacts, notes, and any attachments.
• The lead remains Pending while it is reviewed by the team.
• You can edit your own lead if information needs correcting or more context becomes available.
• Qualified leads can be approved. Duplicate, expired, inaccurate, or incomplete submissions may be rejected.

What we are looking for

• Access to a reliable laptop or PC.
• Confidence using Disboard and researching Discord communities carefully.
• Good judgement about which communities are relevant and worth submitting.
• A reliable, organised approach to data entry, lead updates, and record keeping.
• Strong written and spoken English, with a professional communication style.
• The ability to adapt your communication style for different leads, contacts, and communities.
