About the role

As a Community Guide, you will help make ServerGPT easier and more rewarding to use. You will support people as they explore the product, share useful guidance, and help the team understand what the community needs next.

Your monthly Creator plan

Community Guides receive a Creator plan at no cost each month. This gives you full access to the tools you are helping people discover, so you can speak from practical experience and get the most from ServerGPT while you contribute to the community.

What you will do

• Welcome new community members and point them toward helpful resources.
• Answer practical product questions with clarity and care.
• Share feedback, trends, and recurring questions with the team.
• Help create a positive, useful space for community builders.

What we are looking for

• Access to a reliable laptop or PC.
• Prior community, customer support, or similar experience.
• A friendly, helpful communication style.
• An interest in Discord communities and online collaboration.
• Strong written and spoken English, with a professional communication style.
• The ability to explain new ideas simply and patiently, adapting your style for different people and community situations.
